The Tigris Educational Fund aims to support those who wish to broaden their academic opportunities.  The fund will finance the educational needs for current and continuing education of participants in form of scholarship.  Dedicated to T.S. Leung, an inspirational figure to six children, nine grandchildren, and all those around him, the Tigris Educational Fund hopes to continue his spirit of guidance and to help people develop their careers.

The Graduate Student Travel Scholarship is open to students who are studying Biological or Biomedical Science in the universities of Hong Kong.  The scholarship intends to award research students who will present their scientific findings at a relevant conference.

The deadline for the 2011 application is November 15, 2011.
