2X PCR Master Mix (Hot Start) for PCR

MiL 2X PCR Master Mix (Hot Start) is a ready-to-use master mix, simply add template DNA, primers and water before PCR cycling.  It is suitable for quantitative PCR employing fluorescent labeled probes and SYBR Green.  The Master Mix is supplied at a 2X concentration that contains MiL Hot Start Taq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs, PCR buffer.  The reagent is sufficient for 200 reactions of 20 ul reaction volume.
